Your hair cut in the pics with you in dark hair is ADORABLE. But i would go a light brown or caramel color instead of the really dark brown. And maybe some highlights. As for make-up, I would try a little brown eyeliner on your top lid with a light brown eye shadow and brown mascara. You got all the basics now just zoom it! I'd do some highlights.. fill out your upper lip (use a lipliner)..blush the cheeks and experiment with eye makeup (not too dark). Voila!
