Starting to wear makeup... what is a good list?

Wha is a good list of makeup that I should buy for daily wear?

Nothing too heavy, just nice light makeup for a 13 year old.

My budget is about 25-80 dollars.

Thanks!Starting to wear makeup... what is a good list?
Eyeshadow pallets:

Almay packet of 3 : $5

Mascara

Great Lash :$4.75

Eyeliner

i-intense color: $5

Tweezers: $4+

All cheap stuff. Just go to a drug mart or walmart's beauty section.Starting to wear makeup... what is a good list?
You probably don't need foundation, so just go with a shadow compact that has neutral colors, like browns and pinks. Then get a brown liner(I like the liquid brand of Wet N Wild to work best). Then if you need it, get a concealer and finishing powder to put over any blemishes. Then if you want to get a light mascara, in light brown, and just dab that on. Then as a finishing touch, get a clear or close to clear lip gloss. This should look light and natural.
eyeliner (possibly different colors - hot topic has cheap, fun ones), light eyeshadows (earth tones: brown, beige, etc.), concealer for under your eyes (it works really well), mascara (of course) and a good base makeup. When you're willing to make an investment I suggest buying sheer cover makeup, it's amazing.
well mac works but it can get expensive

i like nyc and jane and lorel and basically the things you can get at a drug store also if you want your eyeshadow as bright as it shows put some chapstick on under it i dunno thought i would let you kno and spray hairspray over your face when your done so it stays

also another good brand is clinique and the hot topic stuff
you don't need foundation but some shine mineral powder (neutrogena), you'll need a powder brush also. i would get a bronzer since it's summer (almay), and a very pink blush (almay), you need a blush brush for these. then an eyelash curler (revlon), and mascara (cover girl lash exact in black black), finish off with a clear gloss (smashbox has a gloss that goes on clear but turns a specific shade of pink custom to you) for summer but when cool weather comes pick a trendy shade of gloss. stay away from lipstick, it looks old and overdone.
You don't need concealer or whatever else that was mentioned. You don't need foundation either, or powder, or any of that.

This is what you should get:

Mascara [1-2 coats from root to tip]: http://www.newyorkcolor.com/products/ind…

Eyeshadow:

[in Pink Ink or Heather Plum]

That's really all that you need! You're only 13, so tinted mousturizer, illuminator, highlighter and all of that really is not necessary for a young girl like you.

DON'T forget to wash your face every night to remove the makeup. And always wash your face before you apply your makeup to start off with a clean 'canvas'. The face washing is very very crucial because if you don't, you might notice some pimples that might start to develop.

By the way, all of the links that I provided include makeup that is cheap, but is still of great quality. The most that you'll spend including tax and everything will be less than $25. My cousin has been using NYC Cosmetics ever since she was a teenager [she is 23 now] and swears by it.
Just get like a liquid concealer for unexpected blemishes and under eye things, and get a nice light compact and brush if you want to blend your skin tone together and stuff, and maybe be a brown or black eyeliner. Mascara, if you want. Maybe some eyeshadow... =) And hmm... blush or bronzer but thats not really neccessary.
For a natural makeup application, you will need:

1. Black Mascara

2. Light pink blush

3. Pink Lipgloss

4. Brown/black eyeliner (brown for a natural look) %26amp; (black for a more dramatic look)

5. Eyelash curler

You're ready to go!

P.S -

You can find those at your local drugstore like target, walgreens, etc.
