Get a blue or black dress. If you get a blue dress go with a light blue almost grey eyeshadow, if you get a black dress have a light silver eyeshadow (that's what I'm doing) Your hair you should spiral curl, leave it down. If you get a short dress ballet flats would look cute since you say you are kinda tall.
