What makeup is good for me ?

I have..

-light brown hair

-hazel eyes (mainly brown with green rings)

-light skin tone (not quite pale, but light)

-oily / dry complexion (combination?)

Most concealers or foundations look oily on me.

Now I use...

-Revlon ColorStay Concealer (Light/Medium)

-Clinique Clarifying Powder (01)

-Black Mascara

-Bronzer

-Almay Intense i-Color Eyeliner (Brown Topaz)

I love my eyes and everyone says they're my best feature. How can I look the best I can ?What makeup is good for me ?
Hazel Eyes:

Those with hazel eyes should go toward more neutral colors such as brown. Many hazel gals have found that brown-based shades give them a fail-proof, gorgeous look every time. Pink is also considered to be a member of the brown family, though few realize it.

Most hazel-eyed folks who have mastered the art of eye shadow swear by a combination of pinks, browns, and occasionally greens.

Here's what to do for a natural look, it'll work with any skin type, I promise (I have oily, acne-prone skin and it works for me, so do not fear the oil and moisture):

When you wake up in the morning, exfoliate your face. If you don't currently have any face exfoliate, just use baking soda. Be careful when applying it to your face, since it is a very effective scrub. Massage the baking soda into your skin for ten to fifteen seconds and rinse.

Afterwards, cleanse lightly with a very gentle cleanser to calm and return some water back into the skin. If you don't currently have a gentle gel or liquid cleanser, blend up 4 large pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, doesn't matter) with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Once blended, put it on your face and massage with fingertips for a couple minutes then wash off and pat dry.

Moisturize. Get a face moisturizer and apply it to 100% clean and dry face. If you don't have a face moisturizer, go buy one. If you don't have time, just use a regular moisturizer, though it may make you break out later in life. I suggest buying a facial moisturizer that is a water based, oil free gel.

Apply foundation. If you have liquid make-up, then mix it with your moisturizer and apply, skipping step 3. If you have powder, dip your brush into the powder and rub in the palm of your hand until it is evenly distributed throughout your brush, then brush on face.

Blush. Extremely lightly apply it to your cheeks; never use a lot, always a little. I would recommend a cream blush, but use what you've got.

Translucent powder. Get a 100% translucent, no-color-added, loose powder and apply it with a brush in the same fashion as you would apply powder foundation.

Mascara. Put a moisturizer (any kind) on your eyelashes and just rub it on until it's clear, it'll make your lashes look thicker and keep them healthy. Then curl your eyelashes and apply black mascara, 1-2 coats. Do not apply on bottom lashes. Before applying Mascara, take it out of the container and rub the mascara wand on a paper towel to get rid of overload extra mascara. When you put it on, do it from the roots in a zigzag then go straight up. Then get a 100% clean mascara wand, go through your eyelashes and go straight up as if you were applying it again and zigzag to separate lashes. It'll flake off extra mascara, too, which can make you look fake.

Eye Make-up. Take your translucent powder and a small brush and apply the powder to your eyelids as if it were eyeshadow, then take a colored powder that is extremely close to your skin tone (can be your foundation if you have powder foundation) and apply that on the eye lid. If you use eyeliner use the same color as your mascara (black=black, brown=brown, ect...) and apply the eyeliner as close as you can to your natural lash line, that way it will thicken the appearance of the roots of your eyelashes and make your eyes look more noticeable. For best effects, use short dashes across the top lid, rather than a solid straight line.

Lips. Get ChapStick True Shimmer in Botanical Berry for a slightly tinted color and some shimmer. If you don't have time to go buy this, then just use whatever lip stick/balm/chap/gloss you have laying around and use it.

You are good to go!!!!What makeup is good for me ?
Try using Loreal TruMatch foundations(they are oil free) and concealers. Use one of the neutral tones. You probably would fall into the N2 or N3 shades. Use the corresponding concealer and powder if you want. By using a neutral tone, it will not have the warm undertones you are concerned with. Since you have hazel eyes, you are very fortunate. Hazel eyed women can wear just about any color. The most flattering I find that work for me is the Almay I Color pallete or the Physician's Formula eye shadow strips for hazel eyes. Black eyeliner or a nice deep plum(one that is almost towards the brown toned plum). If you wear glasses, opt for black mascara. If you don't, you can tone down the mascara to a brown black. This is the best I can offer without actually seeing you.
when you buy your concealer, go a lighter tone, then you usually use then with your powder, go for a bit lighter too, you don't want to look orange or oily, so look on the bottles of make-up that say oil-free. Then take a very, very light bronzer, that has a shine too it, and go over your cheeks. THere is a website, called eyeslipsface.com and they have make-up that is a buck a piece, and they have a light bronzer that you'll find under ';face'; get the one called ';luminance'; on your eyes, try a facial whip that they sell too. Check out the website, you'll really have a blast because you can try all kinds of make-up and colors that will help you decide what looks the best on you.
If you mean foundation. Loreal true match is the best I 've ever use.

I have yellow undertone and when tan Im olive and when not medium and it was so difficult to find a cheap foundation that will go with my skin which is combination and will look natural.

It is great. I used Maybelline matte mousse for several years because i like the texture but never looked natural. Only when i was tanned.

Maybe this isnt the asnwer that you where looking for but I love this foundation!!!

For youre eyes yo can use a eyeshadow that contrast you eyes so they can pop out.
hey i have a similar problem. but i found that using a moisturizer on the dry spots help the makeup set better, and not become flaky and orange. you might just have the wrong color. i also found that my bronzer was making my face look shiny because it had sparkles! :/

all the other things sound like they are good for your appearance. try going to a makeup counter to get some tips!
mark. makeup is the most amazing thing in the world. i'm sure of it.
