Just looking for foundation and mascara. We are practically in the audiences lap so nothing EXTREMELY thick.

im an actress and no i dont mean professional but i do acting and have done it all my life and wat i do is buy any makeup just put it on heavy but u might want to look into water base makeupGood, Cheap stage makeup?
mineral foundation works great- i use maybelline and i love it. it's about $9. as for mascara, i use maybelline colossal its about $6. usually cvs runs sales that are buy one get one free.
