Whats some good cheap and i mean CHEAP makeup?

Cheap make-up is cheap for a reason, more times than not. If you can't afford make-up, don't buy it or use it....you will most likely spend WAY MORE money trying to fix your break outs or allergic reactions.Whats some good cheap and i mean CHEAP makeup?

go to walmart, target, or a drugstore. their makeup is pretty cheap. or go to ulta or sephora, you can find some pretty good deals occasionaly.

NYC and Wet and Wild are some cheap make-up brands. i use NYC eyeliner, and it's pretty good judging by it's price
go on ebay and you can buy it cheap also dollar store makeup really isnt that horrible, it stays on and they have some cute colors
check your local drugstores...depending upon your area there is bound to be a ';Jane'; display or ';NYC';...generally the makeup is $1-2 a piece...just be careful wearing cheap makeup- I did that and my eyes swelled up (allergic to the cheap stuff)
Hi! I can't tell you which products you can afford, but I hope you wouldn't only be concerned about cost. Please consider buying products that have not been tested on animals, as this is extremely cruel.

Wet n' Wild! It's really, really cheap and it stays on 4ever! You can get it at walmart/kmart/target and any drugstore!
I would have to say wet n' wild.
collection 2000, miss sporty and natural collection are cheap and nice :)
There is always Wet n' Wild or N.Y.C. but those aren't as good as other brands, but if you use them consistantly they won't by bad for your skin (they will make your skin break out a little, but it will go away)
