Judging by your photo, you have very warm skin, so you'll want makeup that can enhance that. Any shades of green on your eyes will look good, but if you want it to be more subtle, grey or grey-blue.
For lip-glosses, a cute shade of orange-red would look cool. But again, if you want it to be subtle, just use vaseline :] it looks everybody's lips look nice!
Well, since you have green eyes, a light pink eyeshadow would look great, plus light pink makes your hair stand out just the right amount. Apply a thin smear of black mascara to open up your eyes and make them appear brighter.
